Foundation+ helps athletes reflect on training and competition, see patterns in their own words, and learn from Michael Hooper's experience. It's currently in a small, invite-only beta.

Getting started

1. Open the invite email from Apple and install the TestFlight app from the App Store.

2. In TestFlight, install Foundation+.

3. Open Foundation+, enter your email and tap Send code.

4. Enter the 6-digit code from your email. If it hasn't arrived after a minute, check your junk or spam folder.

Common questions

My sign-in code hasn't arrived. Check your junk or spam folder, and make sure the email address is spelled correctly. You can ask for a new code from the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us.

Voice recording isn't working. Make sure Foundation+ is allowed to use the microphone: open your iPhone's Settings, scroll to Foundation+, and turn on Microphone.

How do I delete my account? Email us from the address you signed in with, and we'll delete your account and everything you've written.

Who can see what I write? Your entries are private to your account. During the beta, our small team may read entries to improve the app. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I give feedback? We'd love to hear it. Take a screenshot in TestFlight to send feedback straight from the app, or email us.
